Preservation Fee
A $175 preservation fee holds your date. This amount is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to the event date. Once we receive your deposit, we will send confirmation and event information via email within 24 hours.
Cancellation
Date hold deposit is non-refundable. We understand things happen. Cancellation must occur 2 weeks prior to event. If notice is received 2 weeks before the event we will allow one complimentary rebooking in a calendar year.
